Kejadian berlaku pada pukul 11.30 pagi ketika kanak-kanak itu dikatakan bermain dengan abangnya dan dia dipercayai terjatuh selepas memanjat pagar balkoni yang terletak berhampiran lif. Adakah ini salah kanak-kanak tersebut atau rumah itu sendiri yang tidak mempunyai keselamatan yang efisien?

Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC), the agency for implementing the MSC was located in Cyberjaya to oversee the creation.
